Soap Box Ravings interpretation of this would be that it is much easier to tell people you don't know to clean up their f&^%&^g sh*t than to tell your political associates, your financial backers and your supporters to clean up their f%*^%^g sh*t.
But the media shows him "looking good" as he strolls around with his jacket off waving to the crowd and I guess that's what really matters.
